I conducted an online virtual training for a corporate client that was seeking an instructor to lead a Facilitation Skills course. The training material was supplied by the training provider I was contracted through, Sprintzeal, and Sprintzeal’s proprietary Facilitation Skills material was used to lead the training session. This was a 2-day session where I not only led the student through the course material (PowerPoint), but I also drew upon my 15+ years of professional experience, including my Fortune 150 consulting experience in project management, leadership, execution, and conflict resolution, to add more color to the numerous management, communication, and facilitation skills and styles that were discussed and taught to help further sharpen those skills. Additionally, I helped the students draft initial Focus Group documentation to help them review and discuss the results of recent low NPS scores within the organization in regards to employee satisfaction to help address the concerns that led to the lack of open and transparent feedback that led to the resultant (low) NPS scores.
