I conducted an in-person training for a corporate client that was seeking an instructor to lead an ISO 27005 Lead Risk Manager Training course. The training material was supplied by the training provider I was contracted through, Sprintzeal, and the PECB ISO/IEC 27005:2022 Lead Risk Manager training course material was used to lead the training session. This was a 3-day session where I not only led the student through the course material (PowerPoint), but I also drew upon my 5+ years of cybersecurity Fortune 150 consulting experience in which I helped organizations implement and closer align to Risk Management Frameworks such as ISO 27001, as well as co-lead to a custom developed threat modeling practice we implemented for clients whereby I performed threat models of critical assets both under the purview of the threat modeling author (lead), performed threat models independently, and served as a SME to other employees that were onboarded to the threat modeling practice and conducted trainings to ensure they were educated and learned in risk management.
Additionally, I helped lead performative skits with audience participation to help the students stay engaged with the material and model the behaviors and skills being taught.
