I conducted an online virtual training for an individual client that was seeking an instructor to lead a Management Skills and Leadership course. The training material was supplied by the training provider I was contracted through, Sprintzeal, and Sprintzeal’s proprietary Management Skills and Leadership material was used to lead the training session. This was a 2-day session where I not only led the student through the course material (PowerPoint), but I also drew upon my 15+ years of professional experience, including my Fortune 150 consulting experience in project management, leadership, and execution, to add more color to the numerous management and leadership concepts that were discussed and taught to help further sharpen those skills.
